About Our Company

Our story began with a single board.

I ran across this beautiful piece of walnut wood with a little knot hole in it. I wanted to make something beautiful out of it. So I spent hours in my garage sanding and sanding this board. I’d been wanting to try epoxy resin but was nervous to start out too big. So I decided this little knot hole would be the perfect trial.

I bought my first bottles of epoxy resin. However, I didn’t yet have the right material for coloring it. I had read that eyeshadow was the perfect substitute. I mean who doesn’t have the perfect shade of blue eyeshadow on hand, right?

I loved it and I was hooked. From there, I pursuaded my husband to join me on the woodworking aspect of my new found passion. As a team, we have made some amazing live edge wood and hand poured epoxy resin projects.
